  • The property is accessed by a steep gravel driveway. AWD or 4WD vehicles required during winter months.

Policies and Rules

  • This home is not pet friendly. No pets are allowed.
  • No smoking allowed inside or outside the property.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be added by reaching out more than a week in advance. Two wrapped bundles and a firestarter are provided for $25/night.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • This home is located at over 3600' elevation and does not have central air conditioning. Open the windows for ventilation.
  • The home includes towels and bed linens.
  • The kitchen is stocked with basic utensils and a starter set of paper products: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are provided for one or two nights.
  • A dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, stove, and oven are available for guest use.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.
  • High-speed internet and self check-in/check-out are available.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are installed.
  • Outdoor patio and hot tub are available.
